After an analysis of your needs, we’ll discuss options, review interesting menus and develop workable, practical strategies. We can also shop together, and I can demonstrate cooking tips in your kitchen so that you can prepare meals with fresh and simple organic ingredients.
Eating can be healthy, practical and fun! That’s why we’ll also add in some non-food rewards that will keep you motivated. Through a smart plan of action, and an extra push when you’re tempted to drop back to old habits, we’ll maintain your “nutrition focus.”

The fee for this comprehensive program is $1000.
Nutrition and Wellness Coaching
- Assessment of eating history and current lifestyle
- Consideration of budget and personal tastes
- Plan of action with short- and long-term goals, meal planning, recipes, stress reduction and detoxification foods to reach your ultimate objectives
The fee for this ongoing coaching series is $300 per month, including four 50-minute sessions in my office, while we’re walking together for exercise or by telephone. This program empowers you through on-going coaching to meet and maintain your desired goals.
Individual Session
We can meet in my office or take a walk to get some exercise and discuss your nutritional needs. Appointments are available afternoons, evenings and weekends. The fee for an individual session is $80/hour.
